JOANNE M. ROCK for U.S. Senate - Colorado, USA - 2022

Changing the world is possible. We’ve done it before.

MY goal is to help Coloradans get and maintain quality of life, through supportive legislation for whatever stage of life you find yourself.

The mission is to reform the tax code to help create work and volunteer incentives, acknowledge the high cost of healthcare, deal with wildfire challenges, make compensation more fair, and provide funding to ensure women have access to necessary reproductive healthcare. Oh, and did I say make safe drinking water a Right!

Redefining water as a human Right.

HR 7784 - Human hydration as a priority allocation of water necessitated by increasing demand and dwindling supplies.

Incentivizing productivity thru education, work, and volunteerism

HR 7777 - The Volunteer Credit Act will entail qualifying volunteer work for a nominal Earned Income Credit type tax return incentive.

HR 7779 - The College Credit CREW Act-Critical Revitalization and Environmental Work in exchange for interest free loans for education and licensing of the skilled “trades”.

Medical expense relief.

HR 7780 - The Medical Expense Deduction (MED) ACT gives 100% deduction for all out of pocket medical costs for 100% of all Americans.

HR 7781 - The Volunteer Firefighter Act-pays for all medical insurance premiums for anyone involved in firefighting activities in the United States.

Right-sized Compensation

HR 7778 - The Fair Compensation Act-Rebalancing compensation to make it more fair for low-wage earners, and to insure oversized pay is taxed properly.

HR 7783 - The Prudence Act-Overhaul of congressional salaries and the costs of representation of their constituents, along with term limits.

Federal Female Safe Act.

HR 7782 - Financial Support for women/infants involved in unwanted pregnancies. Providing for addressing the backlog of legally submitted rape kit tests for investigation and prosecution.
